What is an Aura?

How it’s possible to have an aura? Let’s start with what we know from science. Anything that has an electrical current running through it produces a field around it. These are called EMFs, electromagnetic fields. Your body also generates electricity. An electrical current runs through your body in your nervous system. All of this combined creates an electrical field, which flows in a spherical direction outward from your body. This is what the Indian mystics called an aura. Certain nerve centers and organs in your body are referred to as chakras.

Why is my Aura important?

How you are feeling and thinking is reflected in the energy you carry within your aura. This is why like-minded people are often drawn to each other because it’s our comfort zone. It’s also why some people good at reading energy choose not to engage with someone holding negative energy in their aura.

If you feel weak, low energy, easily agitated, or a little out of control, those are some signs you may need to repair your aura. Things that damage your aura include anything that throws your nervous system out of balance. An example of this is alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, and caffeine.

Other things that can damage the aura include anything that causes an extreme reaction such as a major argument, prolonged negative emotion such as depression or a traumatic experience.

An experienced healing practitioner can repair damage your aura, leaving you feeling whole, happier and more energetic.

Tips to Repair Your Aura

  • Avoid toxins such as sugar, alcohol, caffeine, salt because it actually weakens your aura and causes you to feel drained.
  • If you have had a bad experience, cleanse your aura with sage or even a shower. Then take time to recover through relaxation or do something that brings you joy.
  • To increase the influence of your aura and to attract positive people or opportunities, increase the amount of electricity flowing through your nervous system on a subtle level. This will produce greater light in your aura. It can be done by increasing your overall health, sense of joy and by showing appreciation for your work, hobbies, family life, etc. The Life Activation session also creates more light that you carry in your aura, as shown in the before and after aura photo.
  • It is recommended to have your aura repaired by a certified practitioner after any traumatic experience or once every six months to maintain good health and a sense of well-being.

Take time to care for your aura. It directly impacts all things that are drawn to you. Having a healthy aura can give you positive energy needed to accomplish your goals and create success in your life!
