Health Coaching provides the personalized systems, support and accountability to make life-long habit changes and achieve a higher level of wellness. Angie guides and supports her clients to nourish themselves through whole foods nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits so they increase energy, control cravings, lose weight and feel good in their bodies. Angie’s approach is not about diets or deprivation; it is about creating healthy transformations through small, weekly changes that are manageable and sustainable in her client’s busy lives.
While health coaching begins with food, and learning how and what to eat for your individual needs is essential, Angie’s holistic approach explores many other aspects of lifestyle such as stress, exercise and relationships, as these factors have a big impact on clients’ abilities to meet their goals.
Angie offers a free 45-minute Health Strategy Session to focus on your individual goals and determine if she is the right coach to help you attain a better quality of life. Angie’s clients are open to exploring new ideas and habits, and they are focused and committed to achieving their goals.
Angie’s experience as a busy working mom in Corporate America has lead to a passion in helping executive women who are juggling it all and feeling less-than-amazing, realize their goals and transform their lives. She is also particularly interested in plant-based diets and has helped clients incorporate diet changes due to food allergy and intolerance issues.
