Shauna believes that the best healing requires collaboration between the client and practitioner. With more than 12 years of massage therapy experience, including certification in Neuromuscular Therapy, and Pregnancy and Postpartum massage, she specializes in listening to both the client and their body to determine the most effective treatment. Whether it be life stress, acute pain, chronic conditions, pregnancy or postpartum pain, her nurturing manner and touch provide a calm environment for healing.

I have been Nationally Certified for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB) since 2003 and am committed to bringing excellent service to my clients. I view myself as a tool in your toolbox to aid your quest for better and more complete health. I strive to provide an atmosphere of collaboration, relaxation, and therapy to best address your needs, both of body and mind. If I am not the right tool for you, I will tell you, and do whatever I can to help you find the treatment that is right for you. My massages have been described as “relaxing physical therapy,” and I provide a nurturing environment where deep therapeutic bodywork can help bring you back to optimal health. Whether it be life stress, acute pain, chronic conditions, pregnancy or postpartum pain, or working with infants and children, my nurturing manner and touch provide a calm environment for healing.
