George started his career as a massage therapist in Greece, in 1989.
He holds 6 diplomas from 4 countries, on 3 different modalities: Massage, Reflexology and Manual Lymph Drainage.
Functional Muscle Manipulation
Out of the basic Deep Tissue Massage he developed and teaches his own technique, called Functional Muscle Manipulation. In the FMM, we view chronic musculoskeletal problems as a misguided, continuous defense pattern. We contract to withstand life's physical and emotional traumas but we loose our way back to our natural state.
Instead of forcefully trying to defeat those tight knots, we help you reconnect with your body, find your way to letting go, and keep it that way. We aim to offer deeper relief, closer to the core, with less discomfort, and with results that may last for years. More here.
Gorge applies the same philosophy to Reflexology, helping the body unwind, heal and flourish.
