Fees:

  • Session fees range from $110-$250 (depending on session type)
  • I have limited space available for sliding fee scale payments (determined by scheduling availability).
  • I offer a 20% discount on Individual Preventative Medicine (Wellness) Counseling for Veterans and their immediate family members (spouse, partner).*
    • *Preventative services are not typically covered by standard medical insurance benefits.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

  • Payment can be made online or at the time of your appointment by cash, check or credit card.
  • Insurance accepted:
    • Medical assistance (also known as Medicaid or MHCP – Minnesota Health Care Programs)
    • Medicare
  • Psychotherapy generally qualifies as a covered service with Health Savings Accounts and Flex Spending Accounts.
  • Services may be covered by Out-of Network benefits with your insurance plan. Talk with your benefits manager to determine eligibility.
