Adrenal Stress Testing: Gather saliva samples over a 24 hour period to determine adrenal function. Compromised adrenals can be the cause of fatigue, mental health concerns, and other physical symptoms.
Genetic testing: Interpret your genetic make-up and learn about methylation pathways, and your body’s detoxifying abilities. Optimizing these physiological processes with proper supplementation and diet will often reduce symptoms.
Comprehensive Nutrient Testing: Learn your levels of fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in order to provide proper supplementation and make necessary changes in your diet.
