Self-esteem? Confidence?\u00a0 Ability to think?\u00a0 Your energy flow?<\/p>\n<p>With your eyes closed, stand upright and take a few deep breaths&#8230;&#8230;.It is much easier to breathe here, right?\u00a0 Likewise, when we are standing tall, digestion, elimination, hormone flow, reproductive systems all function more efficiently.\u00a0 And we tend to think more clearly and feel better emotionally and energetically.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Our posture is one outward reflection of our internal well-being.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What is Design Posture?<\/p>\n<p>Our amazing bodies have a brilliant design.\u00a0 Here is our very basic design posture \u2013 meaning how our bodies function most efficiently. Whole person balance and alignment are essential for creating and maintaining health as well as preventing dis-ease.<\/li>\n<li>Movement is Life, Life is Movement. Find joyful ways of moving.\u00a0 Move often.\u00a0 Movement doesn\u2019t have to be exercise.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t have to be going to the gym.\u00a0 It can be if you enjoy that.\u00a0 Or it can be gardening, taking stairs, cleaning, yard work, walking, hiking or biking outside, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Listen DEEPLY to your body\u2019s wisdom.
